Sellers can accept or reject the final offers within 2 days.

The process of selling starts when the seller accepts the final offer. The buyer whose offer was accepted by the seller is informed about purchasing process by a message submitted by the system.

MachineryMarket service fee must be paid by the winning buyer within 2 days after his price is approved.

Offers are binding! Once an offer is accepted by the seller the winning buyer must pay the exact amount in the final offer for the equipment. Incase the buyer abondons the sale without any valid reason he is obliged to pay the penalty fee.

Once their offer is accepted by the seller buyers should pay the MachineryMarket service fee in order to proceed purchasing process. Same process is valid for BUY NOW option. The service fee is calculated according to price.

After the service fee is paid in full, sellers create a proforma invoice (Preliminary Invoice). The proforma invoice shows the total amount including taxes

Payment for the equipment should be done by the buyer within 5 days after the proforma invoice is sent by the seller. Right after the payment is completed invoice is issued by the seller.

Payments can be made by wire transfer or credit card.

The sale of this equipment is subject to the tax laws of Austria subject to tax laws.

Buyers must complete payments and organize delivery with sellers.

After the sales invoice is issued buyers should get their equipment delivered within 10 days. If buyer doesn't receive the delivery in respective time seller has the right to charge buyer for storage cost.

Buyers (Buyer or transportation staff) must have the Machinery Market pick-up form document with them at delivery time.

Sellers must be given a pick-up form and receive equipment.

The pick-up form for the order must be given to the seller and the item must be received.
